I know how long Renato interviewed potential partners before hiring Joe and from the moment Joe came on staff Renato has been so excited. Empower has no equal that I am familiar with. I am a very active person as are my 3 children. We have seen/experienced many different fitness alternatives. The program is incredibly thoughtful, purposeful and still kid friendly. My son has never willing participated in any fitness program and loves his visits to Empower. The staff is young, energetic, and highly focused. It is perfect for high class young athletes who have the discipline to desire to be the best. It is perfect for young athletes who are less self confident and want to find a nurturing, safe environment.
