Renato has spent nearly two decades treating sports orthopedic injuries. His professional experience began at Eastside Sports Physical Therapy in New York City after graduating with a Master’s Degree from Long Island University in 1989. In 1994, Renato opened Westchester Sports Physical Therapy where he continues to work with the top orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists in New York City and Westchester County. Renato’s extensive professional experience includes rehabilitating and conditioning adolescent, high school, college, and professional athletes. In June 2009, Renato expanded his physical therapy facility to include Empower Athletic Development. At Empower, he conducts movement screenings and designs training programs for post-injury athletic performance. Renato is a former competitive cyclist and continues to train with local endurance athletes.
