Renato has spent nearly two decades treating sports orthopedic injuries. His professional experience began at Eastside Sports Physical Therapy in New York City after graduating with a Master’s Degree from Long Island University in 1989. In 1994, Renato opened Westchester Sports Physical Therapy where he continues to work with the top orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists in New York City and Westchester County. read more >>

Joe Bonyai M.Ed., CSCS
Co-Director, Empower Athletic Development

Joe specializes in the development of training methodology and program design for Empower Athletic Development. Joe completed his Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College and graduated magna cum laude from Gettysburg College with a degree in Health Sciences. Joe has trained athletes from a variety of sports and at every level of competition. At Springfield, Joe served as the strength and conditioning coach for 8 different varsity teams over two years. In 2008, Joe worked as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Staten Island Yankees, a minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees. read more >>
